Before the holiday season kicked off, DRHA’s Peace on the Streets grant proudly hosted holiday events alongside each property manager and tenant association, creating meaningful celebrations across our communities.
Because of the incredible support from our partners, we were able to provide toys for children, stockings for teens, and gift baskets for seniors. Young adults in attendance were also entered into a raffle for some great prizes, adding even more excitement to the celebrations!
We are especially grateful to DRHA staff for their generous donations of money, gift baskets, and time, and to Centra PACE Gretna for donating beautiful baskets for our seniors.
A huge thank you to Rico Johnson and Kafe Da Ville for truly going above and beyond—providing food at each property over the course of three days and serving 375 residents.
