Good news. The Alabama Department of Conservation and Natural Resources recently acquired 79 acres of undeveloped land on the Fort Morgan Peninsula. This property will benefit sea turtles, shorebirds, and the endangered Alabama beach mouse. In total ADCNR has a acquired over 1,600 acres on the peninsula. For more info go to [email protected]
