All participants in the upcoming Block Party Cupcake Competition, Sunday, November 2nd should contact Rachael Saifi in advance to ket her know that you are entering.

Competition Details are: There will be two categories:
1. Best in the adult category (15 and up)
2. Best in kids (14 and under)
The entries will be judged on the following categories: Appearance, Taste and Creativity.

Participants should bring 12 decorated cupcakes to the Saifi house, 110 McMillan Ave. by 1 P.M. on Sunday Nov 2nd to be entered into the competition. Prizes will include Blinkies lights for the adult category and Whit’s or C.Cups Cupcakey gift cards for the kids category.

Calling all bakers! This year’s block party will be bigger and better than ever, but we need your help.

Introducing Potters Mill 1st annual cupcake competition!

Neighborhood Block Party, Sunday, Nov 3, from 2 to 4 pm in Barbara Ct Circle. This is a perfect opportunity to socialize and get to know your neighbors better. There will be a Bounce House for small children. Bring a snack to share and your own beverage. Since Barbara Ct will be closed to traffic, park along Potter's Mill Ave.

First Food Truck Friday was a success!
Great way to meet and socialize with the neighbors. All are welcome, not just Potter’s Mill residents. We plan to have a few tables next time to make it easier to stay and eat.

Annual General Meeting
Date: Thurs, May 11, 2023
Time: 7pm
Place: Council Chambers of Daphne City Hall

During this meeting we:
Fill vacancies on the Board*
Approve a budget
Set the HOA dues for the year to come
Hear about issues impacting our area**

*Having volunteers willing to serve on the Board is the reason we can keep the fees of our community low.

**Our District 2 Councilman, Steve Olen will give us an update on what is going on with Mayday and Bayfront Parks as well as plans to narrow and slow down Main Street traffic. He will be able to update us on when curbside recycling will begin again.

The General Meeting is the perfect opportunity to meet our newest neighbors and catch up with friends!
