The Community Fund provides grants and resources that improve lives and strengthen the communities of Stamford, Norwalk, and Darien.

Since 1951, we have granted nearly $30,000,000 to local nonprofits supporting the basic needs of our neighbors.

Each nonprofit funded by The Community Fund is thoroughly vetted by our Grant Review Committee and trained volunteers who ensure that our donors' contributions are allocated to make the greatest impact on local priorities. These grants are made possible by our generous donors.

A longtime Darien resident and active community volunteer, Kelly brings years of experience in school administration, community partnerships, and family relations—and a deep commitment to supporting Darien’s young people.

Kelly got a firsthand look at The Community Fund’s impact this past spring as a Community Grant Volunteer, and we are so excited to now have her officially join our team!

In Kelly’s words: “The Community Fund’s youth programs are making a real difference in the lives of Darien’s young people. I’m excited to join this talented team to build on what they’ve created and help even more kids find their voice in our community.”
