𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭'𝐬 𝐧𝐞𝐱𝐭 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐋𝐚𝐟𝐚𝐲𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐞 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐨𝐫 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐞𝐫 𝐇𝐨𝐬𝐩𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐁𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠?

Lafayette County has completed two independent assessments of the Lafayette Manor (operating nursing home) and the former Old Hospital Building with support from a Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation grant. The studies outline the upgrades needed to meet 2021 building codes, including ADA accessibility, life safety, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, roofing, and site improvements.

No decisions have been made at this time. We encourage residents to review the studies and stay informed as the process moves forward.
