Darlington Volunteer Fire Company This is the OFFICIAL page for the Darlington Volunteer Fire Company which provides information for the community we serve.

Keep up to date on calls, events, and general news! We are a non-profit volunteer organization protecting the citizens of Darlington, Street, and Dublin with fire and EMS services. 100% of all fire members are volunteers, with paid EMS providers helping when we run multiple EMS calls at once. We run mutual aid calls to Bel Air, Level, Whiteford, Cecil County, and York County. Our Dublin Station is one of two swiftwater responders for Harford County, assisting victims of floods or river rescues.

Given the dry conditions, the Harford County Health Department would like to remind residents of Code of Maryland Regulations (COMAR 26.11.07.03C1), which prohibits open fires in Harford County from June 1 - August 31 each year. There are special exceptions for agricultural operations, open fires for recreational purposes such as campfires, and the cooking of food.

Open burning is a violation of Harford County Code 109. A person who violates this provision is guilty of a misdemeanor and, on conviction, is subject to a fine not to exceed one thousand dollars ($1,000) per day per violation or imprisonment not to exceed six (6) months, or both. Each day a violation occurs is a separate violation.

The BIG Day is here!! Come out to support our local schools BUBBLE FUN RUN and SPRING FESTIVAL!!

Today April 11th starting at Silver Park at 10am and Darlington Volunteer Fire Co at 11am. Hope to see everyone there!

TOMORROW is a big day!! Join us for:
🏃‍♀️‍➡️🏃‍➡️👩‍🦽‍➡️10 am - BUBBLE FUN RUN in Francis Silver Park (lots of bubbles, rainbow arch, sensory area). Check in from 10-10:15, start time for the 1-mile run at 10:20 am! With Dublin Elementary PTA MD!!
🚒🚜🐑11 am - 3 pm - SPRING FESTIVAL at the Darlington Volunteer Fire Company - food trucks, live music, inflatable games, petting zoo, tractor rides.

You don’t have to be a firefighter, EMT, or Paramedic to join! Our Support Services volunteers help with fundraising, various events, and station maintenance inside and out. If you are interested in volunteering you can message our FB page or check out website DarlingtonVFC.org
