🔧Dementia Stress-Busting Program🔧

Starting in September, Dementia Care Specialists Bonnie Beam-Stratz and Hailey Zilliox will be holding this series virtually each Wednesday from September 2nd through October 28th from 3:00 PM to 4:30 PM. Gain tools to manage the stress being a caregiver can bring while making connections with others!

The ADRC of Lafayette County's Dementia Care Specialist has two events coming up!

August 18th from 4:00 PM to 5:30 PM: Dementia 101 and Risk Reduction will be held at the Townsend Center in Shullsburg. This is a great opportunity to learn about Dementia and ask questions!

August 25th from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM: Complaints of a Dutiful Daughter screening will take place at the Townsend Center in Shullsburg as well. Snacks will be provided with a discussion following the screening to answer any question. Registration is encouraged but not required.

There will be a screening of the documentary "Complaints of a Dutiful Daughter" on August 25th at the Townsend Center in Shullsburg from 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM. Stick around afterward to discuss your thoughts or questions about Alzheimer's Disease and other types of dementia with our Dementia Care Specialist, Bonnie. This event is free and open to the public. Snacks will be provided.

On Friday July 10th, the ADRC of Lafayette County hosted another successful Senior Day at the Fair! Many tasty treats were enjoyed by all while also listening to great music by the Larry Busch Orchestra. Thank you to the Lafayette County Fair for sponsoring the orchestra, which is a crowd favorite! 🎺

Come to the Lafayette County Fair from 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm to enjoy some delicious pies, oatmeal cookies, ice cream and more with the ADRC of Lafayette County! While you’re here, enjoy music by the Larry Busch Orchestra from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm! Enter to win some fun door prizes too!
