Storm drains are for rain, not garbage or chemicals. Trash travels. Anything that enters a storm drain flows straight to our local creeks and rivers - and eventually the ocean - without being filtered or cleaned. Let’s work together to keep pollutants out of our waterways.
• Properly dispose of trash
• Pick up litter
• Reduce fertilizers and pesticides (or try natural options like compost)

🚧 ROAD CLOSED: E. Locust St. from Marlo to Pineacre

This is a one-block stretch of Locust near Duck Creek Park, where some unexpected sewer work means we must close all lanes in BOTH directions for the safety of work crews.

Please use eastbound Locust to access Duck Creek Park and Golf Course. We apologize for the inconvenience while we complete this critical work.

UPDATE May 27, 2026: Locust is now closed in both directions.

🚧 Locust Street between Marlo and Pineacre will be closed to westbound traffic starting Tuesday, May 26. Only one lane of eastbound traffic will be open. Work on the sewer main in this area should wrap up by June 15.

Thanks for your patience while crews make these important repairs!
