Troubleshooting, programming, test and repair of fire alarm systems. Technicians should have basic electrical knowledge. Ability to use a meter to troubleshoot wiring faults. Ability to read and interpret building plans. Knowledge of interconnected systems such as elevator, mechanical, and fire sprinkler systems. Must be able to use ladders and lift 25 lbs.
