Who are we: Enlisted Fusion (E-Fusion) is a Professional Organization for all Enlisted Air Force Southern members. We are comprised of an Executive Council, Committee leads, and general membership. Responsibilities were assumed from the 12 AF Top III and we will be operating under their official designation until documentation and accounts are updated.

Membership: By virtue of your organizational affiliation, every Airmen of the 12 AF is a member and encouraged to get involved. No Dues required!
What we provide: A platform for AFSOUTH Airmen to collaborate, mentor, and lead teammates in a positive environment while strengthening personal resilience.
Our mission is to be active and visible influencers throughout all enlisted tiers aligning three focus areas (1) organizational competence; (2) career enhancement; and (3) self-improvement, for all enlisted AFSOUTH Airmen while advancing mission accomplishment and promoting a climate of dignity and respect. Our goal is to enhance morale, team building, and collaboration opportunities through professional development, fundraising events, and promoting community service.
Fundraising: The organization actively pursues opportunities to raise funds. Monies collected will go towards supporting events and outreach throughout AFSOUTH.
How and when we can be reached: At monthly mixers, via our SharePoint (https://usaf.dps.mil/sites/Davis-Monthan/12AF/Enlisted_Council/SitePages/Home.aspx), and Monday thru Friday on Microsoft Teams (Enlisted Fusion Council on MS Teams or Enlisted Discussion Forum w/in 12 AF Leadership & Professional on MS Teams)
Why we exist: To transcend status quo and transform how AFSOUTH enlisted members are taken care of and heard, communicate more efficiently and effectively between the AOC, ACOMS, and 12 AF HQ, as well as fostering a team environment.
