Tucker County Democratic Executive Committee recommends these candidates for WV Judicial ballot:

Supreme Court, Division 1

Bill Flanigan



Supreme Court, Division 2 (three reasonable choices)

H.l. Kirkpatrick. A long time and well-respected, circuit judge from Raleigh County.

Laura Faircloth. A former attorney, has been a Circuit Court judge in Berkeley (and now Berkeley and Morgan) county since 2106.

Marty Sheehan. A former Federal law clerk in Pittsburgh. Then an assistant US Attorney in Wheeling in the 1980s. Currently, has a multifaceted law practice in Wheeling



Intermediate Court of Appeals

Jim Douglas. Currently a family law judge in Kanawah County.

Hello friends,
The Tucker County Democratic Executive Committee announces a Meet the Candidates event at Five Rivers Public Library 301 Walnut St. Parsons WV 26287
You have an opportunity to discuss your interests and concerns in-person with the two Democratic candidates for House District 85 of the WV House of Delegates. All of Tucker and Grant Counties make up the 85th District. The candidates will be available at the Five Rivers Library meeting room next Tuesday April 14th starting at 6:30 pm, till 9:00pm. The meeting room is entered from the small parking lot behind the library.
The Democratic candidates are Deborah Stiles of St. George and Dean Bonney of Thomas. The Primary Election is on Tuesday May 12th. The winner will face the successful candidate of the three-way race for the Republican nomination.

Please come hear what these two Democrats have to say! Feel free to bring friends who may want to join us.
