So, in honor of International Dog Day we want to give an extra big shoutout to our hardworking Therapy K9s, Cali and Leia. 🐾✨ These two bring so much joy and healing to our UC Davis community. May was Mental Health Awareness Month! We at UCDPD want to take a moment to remind every Aggie that your mental well-being is just as important as your physical safety. 🧠💚

Yesterday, members of the UC Davis Police Department proudly carried the “Flame of Hope” in support of Special Olympics athletes and the incredible mission they represent. UCDPD is honored to have participated in the Law Enforcement Torch Run for Special Olympics Northern California to champion these amazing athletes. 🏃🔥
Each year, law enforcement agencies across the country come together to champion inclusion, acceptance, and opportunity for individuals with intellectual disabilities through sports, leadership, and community.💙💛
