PRESS RELEASE

On December 5th, 2025, a video was published by “Nomad’s Animal Encounter” on numerous social media platforms. Based on the publication of this video, we felt it necessary to provide a statement into the matter.

In November of 2025, this Department began an investigation into allegations of threats and harassment. During the initial investigation, it was discovered that two separate families were making allegations toward the same alleged perpetrators.

Due to jurisdictional boundaries the Murray County Sheriff’s Office was also involved in the investigation for the alleged events.

After thorough investigation, no evidence was discovered to support a violation of law.

Due to the nature of the allegations and to protect the identity of the alleged perpetrators and the alleged victims, no names will be released by this Department regarding this matter.

In summary, the allegations reported to this Department were taken seriously and were investigated to the furthest extent of the evidence available.
