Davisville Historical Society Davisville Historical Society is a nonprofit organization with the mission of keeping the history of Davisville & the Woodlock family alive.

The old Davisville General Store building was established in 1899 Monthly meetings held at the DHS Museum building on the second Sunday of each month @ 2:00 PM.

We are so very Thankful for all of the help on Saturday.
The work was all in effort of stabilizing our building.
The floors were about to fall to the ground after the flood removed most of the posts supporting the building. Then the whole building would have collapsed.
So a huge Thank You goes out to Anthony Buchard, Johnny Heath, Freddy Hewkin, Ron Pyatt, Buddy Adams, and Robin Barnett .
Their knowledge and labor has brought this old building back! This is another chapter added to the history of this old building.
