The members of the Dawson Fire Protection District mourn the loss of a dedicated former Fire Chief who gave many years of service to Riverton fire department and the surrounding community.

For years, he responded to fires, medical emergencies, accidents, and countless calls where someone needed help. He served not for recognition, but because he believed in helping his neighbors and protecting his community.

His years of service left a lasting mark on the many firefighters, EMTs, families, and community members whose lives he touched.

He will be missed. RIP Chief.
