The Trustees have scheduled a public hearing for Tuesday, September 22 at 5:30 p.m., to consider Zoning Case ZC 2-26, a Planned Development modification at 3311 Benchwood Road, for a proposed coffee/beverage drive-thru.

🚧Road Closure & Detour Notice🚧

Please be advised of the following Frederick Pike road closure and detour notice from the Montgomery County Engineer's Office.

Reminder: Frederick Pike Road Closure starts Monday.

The Montgomery County Engineers will be closing Frederick Pike between US-40 and Meeker Road (north) on Monday, August 31st for approximately 4 days. The closure is so they can replace a culvert. The official detour is to use US-40, Dog Leg Road, and Little York Road. Addresses from 9040 and up can be accessed from the north (US-40); addresses from 9020 and down can be accessed from the south (Little York Road).
