Due to the forecasted snow today, please refrain from parking on town streets. This will help our street crews in getting the streets cleared sooner. Yard parking violations will not be enforced during snow events. Parking in yards will be permitted to assist our street cruise in getting the streets plowed. Reminder, if a snow emergency is declared, parking is prohibited on snow emergency routes. Owners of vehicles in violation could face fines and the possibility of having their vehicle impounded.

REMINDER:
Dayton ordinances prohibit the parking of any type of trailer, camper, RV, vendor, and food trucks on town streets. Exceptions may be granted for temporary unloading, short term situations(think hours not days), or construction.

No parking of any type of vehicle is allowed on streets without curbs other than a temporary, short term situation.
