Consolidated Edison of New York

This utility company for New York City contracted for an extensive on-job-training program for its Maintenance Division. The task of writing this document included personal detailed observation of the work by existing employees actually on the job, a review of the existing policies and procedures, and research on the electric industry at large. This year long project, designed for new employees, included an employee testing program upon completion of the training. The documents met OSHA compliance standards.

Marion Environmental, Chattanooga Tennessee.

Our services to Marion Environmental consisted of several projects. We developed and wrote their Policy Manual, their Human Resources Manual, their employee evaluation program, and their HazMat Standards and Procedures Manual. We accomplished library research and wrote Marion's proposal for the environmental cleanup of the Venezuelan oil fields.

Our services to DuPont included the research and development of an employee training and testing service for their Occupational Safety and Health Administration OSHA) compliance program. The original document set was later converted to an interactive computer program.

Moccasin Bend Mental Health Institute, State of Tennessee, Chattanooga Tennessee.

Documents were prepared and published for the Chronically Mentally Ill division of this State of Tennessee facility. Documents included the Clinical Standard Manual, Policy Manual, and Procedures manuals for Nursing, Vocational Training, and Social Services. These documents met the standards set forth by the Joint Commission for Accreditation of Hospitals and Health Care facilities.

We wrote the entire Policy Manual for Humana Hospital, East Ridge
in the 1990s. Although the hospital was subsequently sold to another corporation, this document was clearly useful in defining the expections and benefits of the facility.
