Family & Friends is a four hour seminar that gives information, resources, and hope to those supporting a loved one with mental illness. This is a great way to connect with others that are living in similar circumstances, and a reminder that you are not alone.

Did you know NAMI has free, peer-led Support Groups?

Each group is designed to create an opportunity for people sharing the same experience to connect, share resources, and learn more about the mental health journey for themselves or their loved ones.

Here are the current Support Groups being offered by NAMI Montgomery County:

💙 NAMI Connection Support Group - Peer-Led support group for adults living with mental illness. In person with zoom option every Monday from 7-8:30 pm.

💚 NAMI Family Support Group - Peer-led support group for family members, caregivers, and loved ones of individuals living with mental illness. Fourth Thursdays of the month from 7-8:30 pm.

🤍 NAMI & Dayton Children's Family Support Group - Monthly support group for parents of children under the age of 21 whose child(ren) have mental health conditions.
