The Dominion of Xivilna

Xivilna is the oldest of the seven major Micronations in eastern Ohio by three years. founded by Czarina Tammi in 1990, the Dominion experianced neumorus name changes, flag changes, government reforms, and revolutions until finally settleing in 2014. Now a Democratic Constitutional monarchy, Xivilna is a Legally landless, but still very powerful micronation made up of

the provences of *Xivilna, Luminosa, Cannae, Deltio, Obsida, Talehstahn, and Metesia. the Xiviln flag is nicknamed the Vexellum, Regents banner, and the Black Pheonix Flag. Orange- Representing the Provence
