The NDAA (National Defense Authorization Act of 2011) was signed into law on December 31, 2011 by president Barack Obama. After promising the American people that he would veto the tyrannical bill, he went behind our backs and eagerly signed this legislation into law, claiming it to be for National security reasons. In sections 1021 and 1022 of the NDAA, it states that American citizens, if under

any form of suspicion of terrorist activity, can be indefinitely detained without the right to trial. This is an infringement of our bill of rights, our constitution and the Habeas Corpus doctrine. This bill was overwhelmingly supported by both Democrats and Republicans, this bill, however; is unconstitutional and should and will be nullified in the United States, but we need support.
