As the first day of school approaches, please help us keep our children safe as they return to school.

When approaching a stopped school bus that is receiving or discharging passengers, drivers must stop at least 10 feet from the front or rear of the bus and remain stopped until the bus resumes motion or the school bus driver signals that it is safe to proceed.

Please stay alert, slow down, and give school buses and students the space they need. A few extra moments of patience can help keep our children safe.

Mark your calendars!! The big day is coming in September for the first ever Tunnel to Towers 5K Run & Walk right here in Sugarcreek Township.

💪 Training Season is Here – Let’s Get Ready for the First Dayton Tunnel to Towers 5K! 🇺🇸
The big day is coming in September — our first-ever Tunnel to Towers 5K Run & Walk right here in the Dayton / Sugarcreek Township area!
Whether you’re a seasoned runner, a first-time walker, or somewhere in between, now is the perfect time to start training. This 3.1-mile event is open to everyone — run it, walk it, push a stroller, or even wear your turnout gear or military pack if you want to honor Stephen Siller’s spirit.
Start building those miles. Lace up your shoes. Invite your friends, family, coworkers, and fellow first responders. Every step you take in training honors the heroes we’re coming together to remember on race day.

We are once again proud to partner with area law enforcement on June 26 and 27, allowing them to use Bellbrook High School as the location for their emergency response training. Members of Bellbrook police, Sugarcreek Township police departments, as well as other area agencies, will be participating in the training to better prepare them for a large-scale emergency event. We are asking everyone to please stay off the BHS campus on those days. Access to EagleLand 2 and the fields and stadiums to the rear will remain open.
