💙 Another unexpected night. Another emergency care package provided for a child who entered into foster care.💙

Additionally we were blessed to provide a special birthday care package for a different child who recently entered into foster care. We wanted to make sure they had something to remind them that their special day still matters and that they are worth celebrating. 💙

A HUGE shout-out to Jake N Bake Cakes for going above and beyond and providing a beautiful AND absolutely delicious cake for this child! 🎂🧁 Your generosity helped make their birthday extra special, and we are so grateful you chose to be part of this moment.

These moments are about so much more than bags, necessities, or even a birthday cake. They are about letting children know that they matter. They are loved. They are seen. And their circumstances do not define their worth.❤️

Another emergency care package was provided and made for a little one who entered into foster care. This package was different as the siblings have already been in care and the current foster family wasn't ready for a newborn. So grateful we could assist with extra essentials needed to welcome the little one to be placed with their siblings. 💙 Another emergency care package filled with essential items, and comfort was made and delivered for a little one who entered into foster care overnight.

We truly cannot do this alone. Every emergency care package is made possible because of the generosity of our incredible supporters, donors, volunteers, and community. Your kindness allows us to be ready when a child enters care with little to nothing.

With that being said, our inventory is currently running low on much-needed items, including clothing and everyday essentials. We want to ensure that we have items readily available when the next kiddo needs our support. 💙

We have attached our Amazon and Walmart Wishlist for anyone who is able to help us restock. Every item—big or small—can make a meaningful difference and helps us continue providing immediate support to children entering foster care.

💙 Another child entered foster care over the weekend with no belongings of their own. We thankfully were able to provide an emergency care package filled with essential items to help bring comfort and support during such a difficult transition.

We were also grateful to assist a relative caregiver who welcomed her nephew into her home. As he prepares to begin a new school year, we were able to provide some much-needed essentials to help ensure he has the items he needs to start the year feeling prepared and supported. 📚✏️🎒

Whether a child enters foster care, is placed with a relative, or finds themselves starting over in a new home, every child deserves to feel cared for and to have the necessities they need.

Because of the generosity of our community, we can continue showing up for children and caregivers during these important moments. Thank you to everyone who supports our mission, donates, shares our posts, and helps us make a difference—one child and one family at a time. 💙

Lois has made this entire process incredibly easy and has been such a wonderful partner as we prepare for this exciting event!
