The VCARD Executive Board gathered yesterday for our Board Meeting at the beautiful Daytona Regional Chamber of Commerce.

We also had the opportunity to celebrate a major milestone for Dhilan Patel and Dredging & Marine Consultants, LLC (MBE, DBE, SBE) as they expand with the opening of their fifth office, now serving the Tampa market. Congratulations!

And of course, we always welcome any excuse to celebrate with cake! 🎉🍰

VCARD attended the official Groundbreaking of Building III at the Speedway Commerce Center. This site-ready, 217,603-square-foot warehouse will bring significant job opportunities and economic growth to Daytona Beach, further strengthening the region’s industrial and business landscape. Thank you to our members at Karis Cold for being a great partner in our region. The building will be completed in 2026's Q-4.

🌧 Marine Resources Council is accepting abstracts on Low Impact Development community projects to be presented at our 6th annual Low Impact Development Conference in October.
