12 volunteers from the Lowe’s in Brookhaven are at Ralph Moses House today painting the interior. This is part of a Lowe’s Hometowns Grant received by FCSDC in June.

Delco Gives ends today at 7:00 PM!

Only a few hours remain in the 2nd annual Delco Gives event. Join others in the Delco community in making a difference!

A donation to FCSDC's Permanent and Transitional Housing programs transforms lives.

Last year:

-- FCSDC’s Family Transitional Housing program helped 15 families (22 adults and 30 children) move from homeless shelters to independent housing. These families then receive up to two years of rent assistance.

-- Through FCSDC’s Ralph Moses House Transitional program, 20 men moved from shelters into their own apartments and also receive up to two years of rent assistance.

-- FCSDC’s two Permanent Supportive Housing programs serve individuals and families who have experienced chronic homelessness due to mental health challenges and other disabilities. These two programs currently provide 24 households (29 adults and 6 children) with ongoing rent subsidies.

-- All FCSDC housing participants receive ongoing case management support, ensuring they have resources for long-term stability.
