Cornerstone Community Center

Cornerstone Community Center To serve as a gateway to the community's aging network—connecting older adults to vital community resources

The Center’s building and land are owned by DeForest Half Century Club, Inc., a non-profit organization and are not public property or part of the village park system. The Center's grounds and parking lot are intended for Center related activities. We are located adjacent to the DeForest Housing Authority apartments, but are completely separate entities and are not affiliated in any way. Our staff are available on Monday to Friday 9 am to 4 pm at 608-846-9469.
