Shoutout to Katie, one of our After School Coordinators!

At our Community Fun Fest in May, Katie volunteered her time to do face painting for the kids. What was supposed to be one volunteer shift turned into much more, as she stayed well past her scheduled time to make sure every child who wanted their face painted got a turn.

Today was the 50th anniversary of the Bellin Run. This year, we ran in memory of Sabrina Wilkinson, who had participated in our corporate team in past years. Though she could not be present in person, she was in each and every one of our hearts.

We kicked off our Summer Program this week, and what a great start it has been!

One of our first adventures was a trip to Voyageur Park, where we enjoyed the beautiful weather and enjoyed the park.

Summer is all about new experiences, building confidence, creating connections, and having fun! We’re excited for all the adventures to come!

We can't wait to share more of our summer memories with you.

For many individuals, transitioning from the school year to summer routines can be a big adjustment. New schedules, different activities, and changes in expectations can lead to some big feelings.

This is a great time to offer a little extra grace to others and to yourself. We’re all navigating change together.

One kind word, a little patience, and some understanding can make a big difference.
