Earlier this month, we received 23 boxes as part of the ongoing donation of records documenting the 2000–2004 closure cleanup of Homestake Mining Company. These important materials help preserve the story of one of the region’s most significant transitions. Photos show the team who assisted with the transfer, Tom Regan at HARCC in front of an aerial view of Homestake and Lead, and the truck loaded with the full shipment of records. We’re grateful to continue safeguarding this history for future generations.
