EZ Ride, your regional NJDOT Safe Routes to School provider and Transportation Management Association, is conducting a free 1-hour virtual webinar on Tuesday, September 1st at 7 pm, for parents and students, about e-bikes, the new e-bike law, and road safety tips.

NJ law now allows only youth and adults ages 15 and up to operate an e-bike. E-bikes must be registered with the NJ Motor Vehicle Commission, and all riders must have a REAL ID or a permit, and stickers to show they are registered. Some riders will need insurance. For your students' sake, please make sure you are informed about the new law, what they need to wear, and how to ride safely.
