Better Business Bureau complaint:
They never fix anything when a tenant ask. We been asking them to fix the dishwasher, garbage disposal, wall outlet , the door of the bathroom and the windows since we moved in November 2019. Nothing has been done.

Anonymous Review-
Moved my family here from Boston (1000+ miles.) Should have known not to move here after having issues with them from the very beginning! They told me I was approved and as requested, I paid a MOVE IN deposit of $500 to secure the unit. After I paid the deposit, they called and told me that I wasn’t approved and that they were “unable to refund” me. I called corporate and they said I was approved in their system and they weren’t sure why they we’re saying that I wasn’t. They ended up offering me either a refund or an approval. I regrettably chose to move in. 4 days before our move in date, they called to tell me they changed the unit number, so I had to call Georgia power and my renters insurance company to change my information which was annoying. I originally applied for this unit and was approved two months before my move in date, so this should not have happened 4 days before moving in. Finally, drove all the way down here with my family and was excited to move in until I started checking out the apartment. Once I stepped in… ROACHES EVERYWHERE. Dead ones, live ones, babies running around, eggs, roach droppings scattered all over the window sills, roaches lying on their backs in the drawers, in front of the refrigerator. I lifted the blinds in the living room, and a baby roach started running around. This baby roach was surrounded by other dead baby roaches. But wait… This is the best part — The cabinets were spray painted soooo poorly, I’ve never seen anything like this in my life. A bottle of McCormick seasoning left by a past tenant just SPRAY PAINTED OVER, ROACH EGGS AND DEAD ROACHES SPRAY PAINTED OVER. Let me say that again. There were roaches and roach eggs spray painted over in the kitchen. And they moved a family with two babies that just drove 19 hours into this establishment. I can not make this up! Check the photos, I definitely made sure to document everything I could in the whole hour I was in there and me, my fiancé, and our two poor exhausted babies under two years old who want nothing more than a home left. Luckily, I have family in the area so we’re staying at my sisters til we find something else. Now I’m lost about not being able to give my family the place we were expecting. We demanded a refund and we will not be returning here. My fiancé is an licensed exterminator, he knows when there is a serious roach problem. The lack of care from the staff (mainly a women named Nina) plus severity of the issue from all that we saw shows that nothing is going to rid of that roach problem, and that’s not something I wanted to deal with or the type of environment I want my children in! We made sure to get the hell out before we put any of our things in there and took the roach problem with us. Also, Nina said prior to making this unit available, they had cleaners, exterminators, maintenance come as well as the office staff to do walkthroughs and make sure everything was good to go, so I guess no one is doing their job! That’s basically all I heard when she said that. Also a huge, gross mold problem. Black patches of disgustingness growing on the window sills. I saw some worse photos from other tenants on Google. They painted the inside of the bathtub, not sure why but didn’t even know you could do that. It seems like they spray painted everything, the doors, the cabinets, smh. Everything sticky and gross. Do not take a chance on this piece of ---- establishment. Believe every bad review that you see. As a business owner, the lack of overall professionalism is sad to see.
