Youth Leadership DeKalb (Georgia) Youth Leadership DeKalb is a youth leadership program for high school sophomores and juniors in DeKalb County, Georgia.

Founded in 1986, Leadership DeKalb is celebrating its 20th year (in 2011) of leadership training, community connectivity and development. A 501(c)3 non-profit organization which continues to build a network of ethnically and culturally diverse adult and youth leaders who are committed to addressing and resolving the issues that impact quality of life in Georgia’s DeKalb County.

Congratulations to Tshim Tshimanga - YLD Class of 2011 Graduate and Class of 2012 Intern - for receiving a Gates Millennium Scholarship. Tshim is a graduate of Redan High and plans to attend Georgia Tech this fall. http://bit.ly/MuDVC0
