❤️🐴 A Heartfelt Thank You from Rush Creek Sanctuary! 🐴❤️

We want to extend a very special thank you to TLPA, Dr. Heath, David, and Troft for everything you do to fight animal neglect, rescue innocent lives, and give these precious animals the second chances they deserve.

Your dedication, compassion, and tireless efforts make such an incredible difference. We are truly blessed to work alongside people who share our passion for saving lives.

We also want to thank you for the generous donation of winter horse blankets! 🐎❤️ These blankets will be put to wonderful use caring for the many rescue horses involved in our projects together, keeping them warm, safe, and comfortable during the colder months.

Together, we are making a difference, one rescue and one life at a time.

From all of us at Rush Creek Sanctuary, thank you for your kindness, generosity, and unwavering commitment to these animals.

💜🐴 A BIG RUSH CREEK SANCTUARY WELCOME TO SHARI! 🇺🇸❤️

We are so excited to welcome our amazing new volunteer, Shari, from our wonderful partners at the Airpower Foundation! 💚

Shari is a veteran with a beautiful heart, incredible experience, and a genuine passion for helping both people and animals. From the moment she arrived, she jumped right in with our precious rescues and took off running! 🐎❤️

Her willingness to step up, take charge, and help wherever needed is so refreshing and appreciated. You can truly see hmioes!

A very special thank you, Shari, for all the extra love and attention you gave our precious Sampsonm today! 🐴💕

From grooming and fly spray to lots of extra TLC, you made our sweet boy feel so special, comfortable, and loved. Sampson has been through so much in his life, and moments of kindness like these mean the world to him and to all of us.

One of the most beautiful things about our mission is seeing veterans helping other veterans, while also giving rescued animals a second chance at life. There is something incredibly powerful about that connection. ❤️🇺🇸

Shari, we are so grateful to have you joining our Rush Creek Sanctuary family! We can't wait to see you again and watch all the wonderful things you will accomplish with our veterans, families, and rescue animals.

A heartfelt thank you to our amazing partners at Airpower Foundation for bringing such wonderful people into our lives. Together, we are making a difference, one life at a time! 💜💚

🐴💜 FROM NEGLECT TO NEW BEGINNINGS! 💜🐴

An exciting rescue update from Rush Creek Sanctuary! ❤️

Our precious Silk and Velvet, who came to us through our latest court neglect case with our fabulous partners at TLPA (Texas Livestock Protection Association), are absolutely THRIVING! 🐎💕

These beautiful girls are finally filling out, gaining healthy weight, and looking better every day! But what brings us the greatest joy is watching them come out of their shells and develop the sassiest, funniest little personalities! 🥰

To see horses who once experienced neglect and hardship begin to trust again, feel safe, and enjoy life is something words simply cannot describe. It fills our hearts with so much happiness! ❤️

This is why we do what we do. Every horse deserves a second chance!

Their journey to recovery is still ongoing, and so is the cost of their care. We continue to provide:

🐴 Regular veterinary examinations and follow-up care

🦷 Dental care, including teeth floating

🐎 Hoof trimming and farrier services

🌿 Special vitamins and nutritional supplements

🌾 Quality feed, alfalfa, and specialized diets to help them regain their strength

❤️ Lots of patience, love, and individual attention!

Would you consider helping support Vekvet and Silk's continued recovery?

Every donation, no matter how small, helps us provide the care these beautiful souls deserve.
