Where is the economy growing in Alabama? Decatur Metro is where! Look at the statistical data from 2022 to 2025.

Average annual wages increased $7,590, to a total average annual wage of $57,830, a 15.1% increase from 2022. Estimated employment also grew 8.3% to a 4,680 increase in total employment during the same period.

Huntsville added the most jobs while Baldwin County saw the steepest wage increases. Gadsden workers still earn $23,700 less annually than Huntsville despite strong gains.
