How it works:

✅ Be added to a state-based waitlist & matched with funding
✅ Complete a phone interview for a custom bike fitting
✅ Finalize paperwork/bike order details
✅ Receive free shipping for out-of-state residents
✅ Complete a follow-up survey
✅ Return the bike when outgrown so another child can benefit

Ticket to Work recipients can change Employment Networks (ENs) if their current one is no longer the right fit! You can un-assign your ticket at any time by completing the Beneficiary Ticket Unassignment Request Form. Once your Ticket is un-assigned, you can explore other Employment Networks that may better support your employment goals.

Did you know that individuals with Down syndrome may be eligible for a $1,000 grant courtesy of PetScreening to help welcome a new pet into their lives? The grant helps cover first-year pet ownership expenses, including adoption fees, veterinary care, + pet food.

The Georgia Center of the Deaf & Hard of Hearing (GCDHH) invites children with deafness, hard of hearing, or DeafPlus, ages 6–13, to join them for an exciting camp experience filled with fun, learning, friendship, and adventure. TIRR Memorial Hermann is conducting research to better understand how formerly incarcerated individuals with disabilities or chronic health conditions experience healthcare after release, and how those experiences may influence trust in healthcare systems.

Participants must be:
✔ 18 years of age or older
✔ Live in the United States
✔ Have a history of incarceration (but are not currently incarcerated)
✔ Identify as a person with a disability or as having a chronic health condition

Your experiences can help researchers better understand barriers to care & identify ways to improve healthcare access + trust for individuals reentering the community.
