How it works:
✅ Submit an application through a parent, guardian, or therapist
✅ Be added to a state-based waitlist & matched with funding
✅ Complete a phone interview for a custom bike fitting
✅ Finalize paperwork/bike order details
✅ Receive free shipping for out-of-state residents
✅ Complete a follow-up survey
✅ Return the bike when outgrown so another child can benefit
