PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Decatur County Industrial Development Board (IDB) has scheduled a meeting for Tuesday, June 23, 2026, at 5:00 PM at the Decatur County Chamber of Commerce Community Room at 443 Virginia Avenue South, Parsons, TN 38363.

The Budget Committee will meet at 5:30 PM.

There will be a 15-minute Public Input session beginning at 6:00 PM, followed by the meeting. Anyone interested in speaking should contact the Decatur County Mayor’s office at 731-852-2131 or sign in 15 minutes before the meeting is called to order. The County Commission approved Monday night to proceed with a contract for online reservations and payments for Beech Bend Park. The County is working with the company to build the site, and there is no go-live date yet. Until a date is set, reservations and payments will continue to be done manually as they have been. Information on the new process, including details, will be provided once it is available. Please look for future updates.
