💚 Today is Wear Green Day! 💚

Join us on May 14th in showing support for mental health awareness by wearing green. Green represents hope, strength, and support for those affected by mental health challenges.

A simple act like wearing green can help start important conversations, reduce stigma, and remind others they are not alone.

Together, we can help make mental health a priority in our communities. 💚

🚨 CDC reports that weekly ER visits for tick bites are higher than usual — the highest for this time of year since 2017! 🕷️🌿 As outdoor activity picks up, it’s a good reminder to stay protected and check for ticks after spending time outside. ☀️🥾

"Tick season is here and these tiny biters can make you seriously sick. The good news is you have options to help prevent tick bites when you spend time outdoors:
✔️You can wear EPA-registered insect repellent and permethrin-treated clothing, ✔️do tick checks, ✔️remove attached ticks as quickly as possible.
These simple steps can go a long way in protecting you and your family from diseases spread by ticks. And if you develop a rash or fever in the days to weeks after a bite, or after being in an area with ticks, seek medical care promptly."
