Thrive connects clients with resources for housing, recovery, employment, transportation, education, mental health, physical health, safety, dental care, financial stability, food, childcare, and legal assistance.

Community happens when we work together! 🏡 Every year, the Northeast Iowa Regional Housing Trust Fund (NEIRHTF) meets to recap the vital work being done to keep our neighborhoods safe, accessible, and affordable.

At our recent annual meeting, Housing Programs Administrator Chris Troendle highlighted how our programs directly assist area homeowners with:
🔹 Down payment assistance for buyers
🔹 Home rehab financing (roofs, siding, windows)
🔹 ADA accessibility modifications

Today we attended a preconstruction meeting in Oelwein for their CDBG water main update project. We’re proud to serve as the administrators for this important project, which will improve water infrastructure in three areas of town.

Water is essential to healthy living, and investing in safe, reliable drinking water is an investment in the health and future of the entire community. We applaud the City of Oelwein for taking these important steps to improve and protect access to clean, reliable drinking water for its residents.

We’re excited to be part of this project and look forward to seeing the positive impact it will have on Oelwein!
