We were established in 1990 with the mission of ending hunger in Dedham. To Donate: https://www.dedhamfoodpantry.org/donate/ Established in 1990 in the basement of St. John’s Methodist Church, the food pantry currently serves approximately 900 families in Dedham. Approximately one-half of those served are children. The types of food distributed to our clients include a variety of non-perishable an
d perishable items such as frozen meat, eggs, cheese, bread and fresh produce. We obtain the food by purchasing from the Greater Boston Food Bank and other stores; food donations from our Partners, individuals and local farms. The day to day pantry operations are supported entirely by generous and dedicated volunteers. The Dedham Food Pantry is governed by a volunteer Board of Trustees.
