After moving to Deer Park in 2016, I have gotten more involved in the community. I am inspired by the lovely people who live here and the progress made in the last few years. o build Deer Park up and bring people into our community. I work as an HR Manager at Procter & Gamble. I am also a cat mom of 2 furbabies and a volunteer with OAR in Madisonville. I enjoy cooking, reading, gardening, and kayaking with my husband, Tom.

A very deserving honor for someone who has done great things in Deer Park!

Last night at the City Council meeting, we were honored to have our longtime supporter Kathy Downs with us. The department was proud to surprise her with a shadow box containing our two challenge coins and our current uniform patch as a token of our appreciation for her continued support.

Thank you, Kathy, for everything you have done for the department and our community over the last ten years.
