Ok WOW folks came and surprised all of us with the attendance, one of our best nights ever, the weather has not been favorable to us this year, but y’all turned up (350+) at Party In The Park w/ The Hanky Panks our guest The Hanky Panks brought the weather with some great music and all the volunteers with the Park Board & Friends Of Chamberlin Park we’re constantly busy keeping our guests hydrated and fed! We appreciate y’all to coming to The City Of Deer Park, Ohio Deer Park's Chamberlin Park for a wonderful Saturday Night In The Park!

And this afternoon, I want to make a post highlighting a frequent patron of the The City Of Deer Park, Ohio Deer Park's Chamberlin Park and to many of our Friends Of Chamberlin Park events, told him people affectionately, calling him, the bird man. We salute you good sir!

His bird is a blue fronted Amazon parrot that’s 29 yo and typically they can live to 80.

Thank you John Donnellon aka: John Donnellon Mayor of Deer Park, Ohio for your hands on involvement with Friends Of Chamberlin Park he is usually found on the grill at most all our vents!!!

Our fields took a huge hit during our annual Days In The Park Festival an unfortunately haven’t recovered. We were hopping to have a week of drying out before the Cars In The Park AT Deer Park event. But we have not, so Saturday car show will be in the Community Center lot at 7640 Plainfield Rd. We will try our best to accommodate everyone, please be patient with our Park Board and Friends Of Chamberlin Park volunteers, Thank You!
