Focal Point provides a structured and comprehensive array of programs and services that improves the independence, community engagement and quality of life of adults, seniors and children of Deerfield Beach and northern Broward County. In 1981 the City of Deerfield Beach and the Aging and Disability Resource Center of Broward County partnered to develop the Northeast Focal Point Senior Center. Foc

al Point has expanded and now operates and administers an Alzheimer’s Day Care Center, Senior Center, Adult Day Services Center, a Multicultural Adult Day Services program, a Preschool and a Thrift Shop. By combining compassion with unparalleled service, the N.E. Focal point continues to grow while remaining a “Home Away From Home” for so many in our community. The services that we provide are invaluable to the community and we welcome all donations and encourage you to volunteer with our organization.

Express I: Monday-Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM
Express II: Monday-Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM

The Center for Active Aging provides a structured and comprehensive array of programs and services that improves the independence, community engagement and quality of life of adults, seniors and children of Deerfield Beach and northern Broward County. In 1981 the City of Deerfield Beach and the Aging and Disability Resource Center of Broward County partnered to develop the Northeast Focal Point Senior Center. In October 2017, the Northeast Focal Point changed it’s name to the Center for Active Aging. Over the last 38 years, the Center for Active Aging has expanded and now operates and administers an Alzheimer’s Day Care Center, Senior Center, Adult Day Services Center, a Multicultural Adult Day Services program, and a Preschool. By combining compassion with unparalleled service, the Center for Active Aging continues to grow for so many in our community. The services that we provide are invaluable to the community and we welcome all donations and encourage you to volunteer with our organization.
