Bob Abbuhl from the Palmyra & Edinburg Fire departments has been a long time member of the PCWRT, last year he was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer and started undergoing treatments. 3 weeks ago Bob's Dr.s told him that the treatments were no longer working and were stopped. Bob and his wife traveled to OSU in Columbus and also to Chicago but the prognosis was the same. After a very courageous fight It breaks my heart to say that Bob passed away early this morning.

Caleb Hagan is the 11 year old son of PCWRT member Joe Hagan from Marlboro Fire. Caleb has been in and out of Children's Hospital for the past month, last week he had additional tests done and was diagnosed with a rare form of cancer called Burkitt's Leukemia, it is an aggressive form of cancer. Caleb has started treatments, but will be staying at Children's for the next month. The Dr.s believe that he will have a positive outcome.

All proceeds from these t-shirt sales will be distributed between the Abbuhl and Hagan families. Deadline to order is October 17th.

Very proud of Lt Kayleigh Upole and Cody Belcich on graduation day. They both passed Akron’s Paramedic Program and National Registry Paramedic Testing. They are fully certified paramedics and serving Deerfield Township.
