Grant Funds are available for 4 Owner-Occupied homeowners through a Lead Safe Ohio Grant!

If your home was built before 1978 and you have peeling paint, possible lead paint in windows, or interior/exterior of your home, you are invited to submit a preapplication https://www.mvpo.org/preapp

HURRY – projects must be completed by June 30, 2026!!

Income limits:
PAULDING – 1-person $50,700; 2-person $57,950; 3-person $63,200; 4-person $72,400
FULTON – 1-person $53,850; 2-person $60,700; 3-person $68,300; 4-person $75,850

Note: Paulding County Commissioners and Fulton County Commissioners are the grantees.
MVPO Administers the grants for the Commissioners.

🏚️ Demolition Funding Available! 🏚️
MVPO is seeking blighted and vacant properties in Williams, Henry, Fulton, Paulding, Putnam, and Defiance Counties for our Demolition Program.
✅ Property owners can keep their property — we’ll help cover the cost to remove unsafe or deteriorated structures.
📄 Property owners must complete an application at www.mvpo.org/landbank. Applications are also available at 1300 E Second St., Suite 200, Defiance, your county Treasurer’s office, or by mail upon request.

MVPO is conducting an Income Survey for the Village of Holgate. If you receive a survey in the mail, please complete it and return it in the envelope provided.

Only RESIDENTS of the Holgate property need to complete the survey. If you are a landlord, please be sure to forward to tenants who occupy the home to complete.

Cheryl lives in northwest Ohio and she was discriminated against based on her disability, she’s deaf. No one should be treated differently by a housing provider or real estate agent just because they have a disability. Fair Housing Complaints to HUD based on disability, make up almost 60% of all complaints, making it the largest basis for discrimination in the country.
