Attention Homeowners in Fulton & Paulding Counties!
Grant Funds are available for 4 Owner-Occupied homeowners through a Lead Safe Ohio Grant!
If your home was built before 1978 and you have peeling paint, possible lead paint in windows, or interior/exterior of your home, you are invited to submit a preapplication https://www.mvpo.org/preapp
HURRY – projects must be completed by June 30, 2026!!
Income limits:
PAULDING – 1-person $50,700; 2-person $57,950; 3-person $63,200; 4-person $72,400
FULTON – 1-person $53,850; 2-person $60,700; 3-person $68,300; 4-person $75,850
Note: Paulding County Commissioners and Fulton County Commissioners are the grantees.
MVPO Administers the grants for the Commissioners.
