This past weekend, we were in attendance at the 33rd Annual Associated Fire Fighters of Illinois Honor Guard Convention in Rosemont. All of us on the DeKalb Firefighters Local 1236 Honor Guard are also members of the statewide AFFI Honor Guard. DeKalb is one of the largest groups in the statewide guard standing at 14 members strong. 2 more were added to that list as Brothers Joe Batusich and Trevor Yeager were inducted-congrats boys!! We want to thank all the hard working brothers and sisters at Itasca Professional Firefighters Association Local #3461 who put together an amazing convention!
