A Letters Patent to create a hereditary peerage; to make related provision about rights, honors, privileges, as well as duties and obligations; and for connected purposes.
To all to whom these presents shall come that: Ivan Nikitin, MA, MS., is hereby granted the noble title Duke of Chernivtsi with the style: (His Grace) The Duke of Chernivtsi, with oral salutation: Your Grace or Duke.
The Heir apparent, Alexander Nikitin, shall hold the title Marquess of Wheeling, of the State of Illinois. This is an absolute primogeniture. The succeeding title holders must use the last name of the first holder.
By gracious favor of His Majesty, The King, Defender of the Faith, Sovereign of territories belonging or pertaining to the State, by and with the advice and consent of the Lords Spiritual and Temporal, and Commons, and by the authority of the same, stipulates the following: It is the duty and obligation of the peer, his heirs, his assigns, and his associates to support and defend the Sovereign and the State in various ways, acts, and deeds; the right to use such title, style, and emblems; the privilege and honor to grant citizenship to deserving individuals; the right to form or merge tangible and intangible estate as part of the title; the moral duty to act with nobility, charity, generosity, and benevolence to those less fortunate; the right and privilege to exercise such preeminence befitting to this noble title; and so bestowed for the meritorious and outstanding services and contributions to the Crown and the People of Amandium.
This Letter Patent shall take effect upon the completion of the baptismal ceremony of The Marquess of Wheeling, of the State of Illinois. We reserve full power from time to time to revoke, alter or amend these Letter Patent as We think fit.
In witness whereof, we have caused this letter to be made patent, and for the greater testimony and validity thereof, we have caused our Great Seal of The Nation of Amandium to be affixed to these presents, which We have signed with our Royal Hand. Made this first day of October in the Year of our Lord Two Thousand Seventeen.
