Premier High School - Del Rio Tuition-free public charter school serving grades 9-12 At Premier High School, the success of our students is what matters most.

Some students need a new opportunity, while others seek an individualized educational approach that is not offered by traditional schools. Whether a student has fallen behind or simply wants to get ahead, our true learner-based environment program is designed to ensure that they learn and succeed. Premier High School’s personalized approach to learning allows students to work at their own level of

understanding and rate of learning, regardless of age or grade level. We also allow the student to control the pace of his or her learning and allow the teacher to focus on the specific needs of that individual student. Based on an initial evaluation, teachers will create a personalized academic program uniquely tailored to meet your student’s needs. Premier High School is a campus of ResponsiveEd® and is accredited with the Texas Education Agency as a public school designed to provide an effective, research-based education for our students. The learning systems models of ResponsiveEd are accredited with AdvancED™.

Premier High School Student Council was honored to attend the Fallen Heroes Ceremony in remembrance of the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice while serving and protecting our community.
We would like to extend a sincere thank you to the Del Rio Police Department and the Sheriff’s Department for inviting us once again to be part of this meaningful ceremony. It was a privilege for our students to show their support, respect, and appreciation for our fallen heroes and their families.
Thank you for allowing our students the opportunity to participate in such an important community event. 🇺🇸

2026-27 New Student Application is Now Open



The new student application for the 2026-2027 school year is now open. No action is needed at this time for currently enrolled students. The new student application is for those students who are not currently enrolled at our school and would like to attend in the 2026-2027 school year.

You can find the 2026-2027 application for enrollment at responsiveed.schoolmint.com/signup. Please note: Applications received after the Open-Application period will be handled in the order they were received. If you have questions about completing the enrollment process, please call 877-707-9288 for assistance.

2026-2027 Re-Enrollment

Dear Parent(s)/Guardian(s),

Online re-enrollment is now open for the 2026–2027 school year! Login to Skyward Family Access at https://skyward.iscorp.com/ResponsiveEDTXStu.

When you log in to Family Access, locate your student(s) name. The Online Form is titled Re-Enrollment Texas PHS and TexasWorks 2026-2027. Select the icon to begin. You will then be able to view the information we have in our student information database about your child. Please validate, correct, and update all information fields.

After completing the form, you may review your information, electronically sign it, and then submit the form.

Note: Once you submit the re-enrollment form, you will only be able to make changes to your information by contacting your school office directly.

If you need any assistance with the re-enrollment process, we have created a job aid with step-by-step instructions that can be found here. If you have additional questions, please call 877-707-9288 for assistance. Again, the deadline to re-enroll and secure your child’s space for the 2026-27 school year is Friday, April 24.

I know it’s a little late, but during Dr. Seuss week our Student Council went out to read to different schools/daycares. We want to thank Cardwell Elementary, JD Academy, and Comstock ISD for allowing us to come out and read to their students, this was a great experience for our students and they really enjoyed it.
