Chisholm Community Center The Chisholm Community Center consists of a banquet hall, kitchen, meeting room, two media centers, game room, gymnasium and exercise room.

Amenities include a community pool, basketball court, pavilion, tennis court, and a community garden.

Need access to quality healthcare? The True Health Mobile Health Unit will be at the Chisholm Community Center on Tuesday, June 16th, from 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM providing convenient medical services right here in our community.

✅ Chronic Disease Management

True Health serves everyone, regardless of insurance status, and accepts most major insurance plans, including Medicaid, Medicare, and the WVHA Insurance Card. Sliding fee options are available for those who are uninsured.
