🎄This season we have so many new themes and ideas that will uplift your spirits. And, yes, one of them is a classic 50’s/60’s style that will transport you to a bygone era. Built in 1886 in DeLand, Florida, the Stetson Mansion is the state’s first luxury home and the largest 19th-century estate built before the 20th century. Designed by George T. Pearson for famed hat maker John B. Stetson, this 10,000 sq ft, Gilded Age winter home featured pioneering amenities like Edison electricity, steam heat, and indoor plumbing
• The mansion served as a hub for the elite, hosting visitors such as Henry Flagler, Baron Frederick DeBary, President Grover Cleveland, and the future King Edward VII.

After being added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1978, the mansion was bought by new owners in 2005, who extensively restored the interior and exterior.

🌸With an abundance of unique areas to choose from, one of my personal favorites is posing in front of the resplendent Tiffany glass windows, descending the majestic grand staircase, or sitting in the elegant parlor room featuring a beautiful grand piano, the tranquil Zen Garden, or the enchanting gazebo. The property offers a wide range of diverse spots both indoors and outdoors for you to select from.🌸

🩵The hourly rate is $100, inclusive of access to the entire outdoor grounds and two interior rooms of your choice, including the grand staircase, parlor room, Butler's hallway, and Elizabeth's master suit🩵
