Over the years The Eagle Bldg at 300 Railroad has been retro-fitted to accommodate the tenant....Eagle publishing ... for the changing needs of the business.
Original Stairway Entrances to top floor were removed.
Entry doors & windows were made to reflect the times.
Gaining some energy efficiency.
As the original building was added onto and expanded each section gained its own personality.

Once the Eagle Bldg at 300 Railroad was no longer Eagle Printing company the lettering was removed and the stately bldg ...

Once the Eagle Bldg at 300 Railroad was no longer Eagle Printing company the lettering was removed and the stately bldg was left without advertising.
But retained the character of two tone brick

1883 - First tenant on 3rd and Railroad classic brick building is Eagle Printing Company. If you needed blanks forms for the townships, city or legal they printed them along with advertising and handouts.
This would become the home of The Delano Eagle newspaper.
