Berlin Township Berlin Township is located in Delaware County, Ohio, Centered within Berlin Township is Alum Creek Lake and State Park a popular recreational area.

The Township is a mixture of commercial, farm and residential properties with a total area of approximately 22.5 square miles. Our population is approximately 10000 residents which has been gradually increasing each year due to the popularity of the area, the Olentangy School District and the proximity of the Township to Columbus Ohio. Services provided by the Township include a Roads Department,

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: The Delaware County Engineer’s Office announces that Piatt Road and Peachblow Road in Berlin Township will be closed for roundabout construction.

The closure will affect Piatt Road between 3940 and 4440, and Peachblow Road between 2223 and 2352 beginning June 8, 2026, through July 24, 2026.

All work is weather permitting. Motorists are advised to follow posted detours.
